This information notice has been prepared, in its capacity as data controller, by Tres Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("Tres Teknoloji"), the owner of the MailGuard brand and the mailguard.com.tr website, pursuant to Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the "Law") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

Full name, Turkish national ID number (T.C. Kimlik No), year of birth, company trade name, tax number (VKN), tax office

Purposes of Processing Personal Data

• Execution of contract processes
• Execution of goods/services sales processes
• Execution of communication activities
• Execution of marketing processes for products/services
• Execution and supervision of business activities
• Ensuring the security of data controller operations

Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs and the relevant GSM operator companies for the purpose of verifying the information provided through the membership form.

Upon request, it may be shared with official authorities, institutions, and organizations under Laws No. 5651 and 6563.

Your Rights Under Article 11 of the Law

• a) To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• b) To request information regarding such processing if your personal data has been processed,
• c) To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
• ç) To know the third parties, domestically or abroad, to whom your personal data is transferred,
• d) To request correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• e) To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the Law,
• f) To request that operations carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• g) To object to the emergence of a result to your detriment due to the analysis of your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• ğ) To claim compensation for damage incurred due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
